Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Newick village the well appointed accommodation is a self-contained annexe to the owners' Swedish style bungalow. It comprises two bedrooms (a twin or superking and a small double), a sitting room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, luxury bathroom with separate shower and its own entrance hall. Outside there is a private garden area for guests' use. Guests are welcome to use the owners' heated, covered swimming pool which is available all year round. There is off-street parking.
Non-smokers only and no pets please (with the exception of guide dogs). We regret that the annexe is not suitable for children under the age of eight years.
Newick is an attractive East Sussex village situated to the north of the historic county town of Lewes which is about fifteen minutes drive away. The village has three pubs, two excellent restaurants, an 11th century church, a baker, butcher, Post Office, pharmacy, two general stores, petrol station and a Health Centre. There are peaceful local walks and, further afield, many well known attractions including Glyndebourne, the Bluebell Railway, Sheffield Park, Wakehurst Place, Nymans gardens and other National Trust gardens and houses, Brighton and Hove, Tunbridge Wells and Lewes itself.
